Description

  • There are certain domains which are unable to send to us due to them failing SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks
  • We don't want to turn these settings off for everyone
  • How do we bypass these checks for certain domains?

Environment

  • MailEdge.net | Control Panel
    • SPF
    • DKIM
    • DMARC

Solution

  1. In the Control Panel, click on Domains Overview under General
  2. Select the specific domain
  3. Under Incoming - Protection Settings, select Filter settings
  4. Select Manage list of domains and IP addresses with disabled SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checks
  5. Select the relevant tab for SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  6. Type the Domain in the list and click Add
  7. Do the same for other checks to bypass for that domain on the other tabs
  8. Repeat steps 5-7 for other domains
